Delete your PRDNA account

This page is the web resource for PRDNA and PRDNA Business account deletion, including for Google Play.

What is deleted

When deletion is completed, PRDNA LLC removes the account login, profile fields, messages, case records, and uploaded files that exist only to operate your account — except records we must keep for law, dispute, or payment rules (for example invoices and fraud logs) for a limited period.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in to PRDNA (customers) or PRDNA Business (professionals).
2. Open Support from this site or WhatsApp +1 (365) 360-3036.
3. Send: Please delete my PRDNA account and the email on the account.
4. We confirm the request on that email or phone, then delete. Target turnaround is 30 days.

You may also email support@prdna.app with the same sentence.

If you cannot sign in

Write from the email address on the account. We will verify before deleting.
