Who we are

PRDNA LLC publishes the PRDNA customer platform and the PRDNA Business professional platform. McLeish Global is a service company that uses those products. Service work you buy from McLeish Global is also described on McLeish Global’s privacy page.

What we collect

Account details you enter (name, email, phone).
Messages, case information, and files you upload.
Payment metadata from our processor (we do not store full card numbers on PRDNA LLC servers).
Basic device and security logs.

How we use it

To operate the products, deliver the service you asked for, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with processors we use (hosting, payments, messaging) and with the service company you chose (for example McLeish Global) so they can do the work. We share when the law requires it.

Your choices

You may request a copy, a correction, or deletion. Deletion steps are on the Account deletion page.
